  • Canadian 🇨🇦 CS student (although slightly older) graduating Fall 2026 with >28 months in tech across a global semiconductor firm (Qualcomm), a nuclear tech startup (Making employees’ lives easier at the world’s largest nuclear plant), and a university IT team

  • Robotics and vision 🤖: hands on with Spot (yes the Boston Dynamics one), LiDAR, 360 PTZ, OpenCV, ROS basics, basic simulation; FIRST Robotics mentor teaching Java and control systems; former Mac Mars Rover software lead

  • Support strengths: incident triage, bug reproduction, root cause, clear communication, L1/L2 enablement, KB docs, smart escalation, SLA awareness, small automations and self service that cut toil

  • Tools I work with: Python, C#, PowerShell, SQL, REST APIs, ServiceNow API, Power Automate, Power Apps, Git, Postman; diagnostics with Nexthink, Wireshark, TeamViewer, OS tools, JIRA, RDP; Linux and Windows Server

  • Mechanical and manufacturing: CNC, 3D printing, basic milling and lathing, general shop tools
